Q2:  How is your machine delivery term?

A2:  Standard Machine is 20 working days. Tailor made machine is 30-40 working days.


Q3:  How is your payment term?

A3:  TT 50% advance and balance before delivery of goods


Q4:  Can you accept L/C?

A4:  Yes sure, we can accept L/C at sight.


Q5:  What is the warranty?

A5:  One-year warranty on all nonexpendable parts, labor is not covered. Warranty coverage

        excludes shipment.




Q6:  Comparing with other suppliers, what is your company’s advantage?

A6:  We have own R&D team for machines improvement, QC team for machines quality control 

        and after-sales support team who can communicate in English and provide on-site service

        for timely support.




Q7:  Do you have agent in XX and how is support when machine has problems.

A7:  Yes, we have agent who can provide local service for you.

        In XX, we are also looking for suitable agent. But don’t worry, we have technical support 

        team who can communicate in English to provide timely service by whatsapp & skype/video 

        conference /remote service control when you need support.




Q8:  Your price in Alibaba is only $1000, but your price on quotation is too expensive, why?

Q9:  How many staffs in your company?

A9:  There are almost 300 person in our company.


Q10:  Does your machine have CE certificate? You know it is very important for us.

A10:  Yes, I see and don’t worry. We can apply for CE certificate for you.


Q11:  How is your after- service?

A11:  We have very professional and experienced after-sales support team who can 

         communicate in English well, they will contact you back within 24 hours after received your 

         feedback, and then provide the solution for you within 48hours, they can support you by 

         various methods, like Email/WhatsApp/Skype/Video conference/ Teamviewer for remote 

         service.




Q12:  Do you have customer in XX country? Can I contact them for reference before we make

A14:  Normally the valid period is one year, after that we have annual calibration service for our 

          customer.




Q15:  Your price is the highest in all X offers, why?

A15:  I believe HD’s price is not the lowest one, but also we are not the highest one, you 

          would definitely get the equivalence of machine and service from our company if you deal
